I am quite happy with this pipe. The only part done on the lathe was the tenon of the stem, the rest was all done by hand. Because of a couple of small flaws on the outside of the bowl, I originally thought I would rusticate. But then after staining and seeing the grain on the front of the bowl, it seemed like a waste. Lovely pipe and one of my favourite shapes.
